Reading Time : 782 words , 6 Mins (approx.)

Do you know that all you do is the repetition of what you have already done and that is what called as a habit?

Habits eats up your time !! , these are the words said by the ones who do never know what a habit is. We all tend to think that if we are disciplined we are habitual and that 's absurd. The thing is that habits and discipline are never same and they just follow each other, like wealth and studies in the present era of 2025.

I won't take up the whole time of yours to blabber something and make you feel worried, I want you to conquer the quests of the world and make your way to success.

What are habits?

Habits are to be defined as the same things that we do, or the tasks of repetition. To be most clear take this up,  we all love shortcuts and out brain is not the odd one out. Brain also is the absolute lazy one and always want to skip something or the other or habituate to think lesser.

So this thought from the brain leads to the developments of habits. Habits are the repetitive tasks we do with our non conscieous mind. Habits are the shortest path of execute something.  We tend to put on the same side of sock without our knowledge may be left or right. While writing we do not think for each and every letter and make to pronounce and we have made it a habit. This action is carried by the brain itself and has no any feeling unless we notice it. Take the note of the phone which you use, if you take your phone we do not think and put the password fast and we take no time to think and it is because of the periodic action of the brain.

How are Habits Productive?

Habits are the Most Productive one. If you use the habits in the right way it will never harm you and befriend you. It is your partner and assists in everything in your life. Think of a situation that you have practiced a very important question for the exam and it has a high weightage in the whole paper, you would be surprised and start to write the answer very fast as you have read it, but this is happening only because of your work and that it is a habit. Everything you do is tried to be a habit. If all this happens, how to create habits?

Creating Habits with Goals

Habit creation is the most important part integrated to your life. If you have not created the habit in a correct way, you would make yourself in danger and be sure that the habits are the double edged sword, it can defend and also offend you. For simply making a habit clear you desk or the workspace and start with a pen and paper and just start using the habit stacking formula.

The all motive of Habit Stacking is that you need to make your habit obvious that you will never be able to miss that thing off the to do list. Start to write your routine and leave a good amount of space or leave a line in the paper and complete your to do things like,

  • Wake up Early
  • Brush and Cleaning myself
  • Have a mug of coffee
  • and so on and on.. :)
Now on the empty spaces introduce your new habit or the new routine, like I wanna read the latest news about politics after having a mug of coffee and so on and discipline yourself to do those things without fail. You can also make the thing attractive and pasting on the wall like one in the image. ._.

Fill Up the Habits Method or Implementation Intension

If you think that I would not be able to do those things and want something very much quicker and stable,  ( at least for a increase in chance of doing the habit) fill up the follow according to your need and  it is

I   WILL   {behavior or habit}  AT   {time}   IN   {location}

This will surely not work out if you have no motivation, as mood depends upon motivation which proportionately increases habit formation, This is not a very foolproof method.  This method will surely increase the odds of you doing the habit and that is far more better for the 5 second intention.
