Most of us would never even think about that because we all run after goals in a peculiar manner of changing something on the whole, and not with a minor percent. Some might take this reckless, but wait for a while for finding out the Real abstract outlandish truth.
Compound Habits:
If you can get 1% better everyday by each day, in one year you will end up thirty seven times better. Conversely if you get 1% deteriorated each day, you will near to zero within a few months or so. Habits are the compound interest of self improvement. But usually we neglect this in our daily lives. Small change does not make sense, or that is what many people think so. If you save a penny each day you are bit a millionaire. If you work out today, you won't lose any pound now. Even though it is slow it is most effective than any change which you people call obvious.

How to compound habits, in 3 Different aspects:
1. Productivity
- Accomplish on extra task each day
- Use more complicated material day by day, careful to make everything clear day by day
- handle more tasks without the use of your brain (build habits)
2. Knowledge
- Learn a new idea or concept each day
- Read an page extra or at least extra lines day by day
- In Handwriting perfect it letter by letter
3. Relationships
- Reflect good behaviour to others
- Be a little more nicer each day
- make one new connection each day, helps in socializing
Valley of latent potential:
Imagine a ice cube in front of you art 25 C of room temperature. Increase the room temperature by 1 C till the room temperature becomes to 31 C. There is no impact on the ice but on 32 C The cube starts to melt.The change from 31 to 32 C is observed while the others are not.

Take this thought open in your mind. There are about millions who wanna be a millionaire and make it a goal but few achieve it and have you thought why? Mostly not. I will enclose the secret for success. It's because of the system. Goals are about the result you want to achieve. Systems are about processes that leads to those results.
The only way to win is to get better each day. If you focus systems it take care of the results you want to achieve.
Archiving the goal is not that useful:
Archiving a goal only changes your life for moment, that is it is a momentary change. If you achieve that goal then it is not much to do about that. for example take for cleaning the room, if you clean that room, you have accomplished the goal and that's over, but the same thing will come after a day or a week, and the goal you achieved becomes pointless. Now, you need to access the start, why are you making the room untidy and fix that. That is fix the things/problems at the start basic fundamental level, the output changes it selves.
